Shipping and Returns


All items shipped from Phoenix Computers will be accompanied by a tracking number with shipments being made within 24 - 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment unless otherwise specifically stated. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping. Depending on the items ordered, they may ship in separate packages complete with tracking numbers. The cost of shipping quoted at the time of checkout will still cover multiple packages if there is a need to ship them separately.


Return / Refund Window:

Claims for refunds or replacements must be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery. If the claim is not made within that 30 day window, then it will not be honored. Returns made without an RMA number will not be honored and the package will be returned to the customer. All returns must also be accompanied by a tracking number.

Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Made to Order / Customized Computers:

“Made to Order” and “Customized” computers will normally ship between one to two weeks after cleared payment. This time frame is to allow for assembly and testing of our products before they are passed along to you. Because of the nature of the business, the purchase price of product returns on computers and laptops will not be refunded. Product returns for computers that are found to be defective in some way may be returned for troubleshooting, repair and exchange of faulty parts. After diagnostics are complete but before any work begins, the customer will be notified via email, phone or snail mail (in cases where phone or email contact can not be established) to alert the customer as to what the diagnostic results were and a price quote for the computer to be fixed (providing a warranty has not been previously purchased). Our warranties however do not cover negligence and in cases where negligence has occurred, the purchase price of the warranty will be applied to the total cost for us to repair the computer with the customer paying the difference before the repairs begin. When a repair takes place under these conditions, the warranty will be voided (when the purchase cost of the warranty is applied to repairs).


Digital Media:

There are no refunds on CD's, DVD or other removable storage media. If for some reason a CD, DVD or removable storage item is found to be defective, the customer is welcome to return the item using the return process and a replacement will be sent. If a replacement is not available, the customer will be provided with in-store credit equal to the purchase price of the defective or broken item.
